Bellydance has long been misunderstood and confused with stripping. It is not in any way like stripping. Bellydance is a classy, feminine artform with mesmerizing moves that are sultry not sexual. It is an amazing form of low to medium impact exercise that will both challenge you and help you tone up.
My classes are open to ALL sizes, ages and types of women. I have taught the painfully shy, the overweight, the clumsy, the nerdy. Believe me- it is fun and it is a great excuse to get out of the house for some "me time" away from the kids, the spouse, the office, the emails, the phone... let me take you away this summer on a vacation in bellydance. You will emerge feeling confident and graceful if you give it a try.
